JOHN BLYTHE

Born in Glasgow, 17 Nov 1839; died in Bangkok 29 April 1874

R.J.Blythe was one of the early managers of the Borneo Company which had had provided treasurers and not a little of the income that sustained the church in the early days, a tradition worthily sustained as the years went by. He was a faithful worshipper and generous supporter of the church until his death.
